Games License Agreement

As an active account holder, you can participate in the Blizzard credit service (“Blizzard Credit”). Blizzard Balance can only be used to obtain certain Blizzard products and services; There is no value. Blizzard grants you a limited license to purchase, use and exchange Blizzard credits under the terms of this Agreement. In any way it is acquired, Blizzard Balance is not transferable to another person or account, earns no interest, is not insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and, if required by law or authorized by that agreement, it is never cashed or refunded for a Blizzard sum or monetary value. Blizzard Balance does not represent or give you any personal property rights. Blizzard credit is not a bank account. And while you can sign up and play on multiple accounts, you can`t have more than three (3) Blizzard credit accounts. Some of these games may be subject to specific licensing conditions that may include: Thanks for your interest in Blizzard`s online gaming services and interactive games, as well as for the interactive games of other developers (“licensees”) that provide their games via the blizzards platform. (Blizzard games and licensees are collectively called “games” in this article.) The agreement sets out the conditions under which you are allowed to install and use the platform. As we use it here, the term “platform” refers collectively and sometimes individually to (1) Blizzard software Battle.net application, (2) Blizzard Battle.net gaming services, (3) of each game, (4) authorized mobile applications relating to games and service Battle.net Blizzard, and (5) all functions and components of them, whether installed or used on a computer or mobile device. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO INSTALL, COPY OR USE THE BLIZZARD PLATFORM. IF YOU DO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE OF A GAME FROM BLIZZARD, YOU MAY CONTACT BLIZZARD THROUGH HTTPS://US.BATTLE.NET/SUPPORT/EN/ TO INQUIRE ABOUT A FULL REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PREIS OF THAT GAME.

IF YOU BOUGHT A GAME AT RETAIL, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO GO BACK ON THE GAME, SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POLICY. Unless otherwise stated below, if you reside in the United States, Canada or Mexico, the use of the platform is authorized by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., a Delaware company, 1 Blizzard Way, Irvine, CA 92618, and if you are not based in the United States, Canada or Mexico, you use Activision Blizzard International B.V., Stroombaan 16, 1181 VX Amstelveen, Netherlands (Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. and Activision Blizzard International B.V. are called “Blizzard,” “We” or “Us”). To play games on the platform, you need to add a game license to an account that requires an authentication code generated by Blizzard. For gaming licenses purchased in the retail sector, the authentication code is either contained in the packaging materials or sent electronically. If you purchase a game digitally from Blizzard, the authentication code will be assigned to the account when you purchase the game.
